Yep they are both resposible BUT at the same time she has the FINAL say on whether or not the whole thing goes down – if hes not got a wrapper/ she isnt sure about her birth control all she has to do is to say nope — not now — Its HER body she is definately responsible for what she lets into it…Pretty sure a woman still gets to say YES or NO to the whole deal and it sticks right?

In regard to the Kodak Picture Makers, or instant print photos – we, as employees, are supposed to flip through those photos as well, to screen for pornography (cannot be sold), copyrighted material (violates copyright federal laws), or for incomplete prints (checks performance of machines, or errors). If you have images you don’t want employees, or the public standing in line behind you to see, please purchase a photo printer to use at home.

I just have to say this: I am a Photo Lab employee at a Wal-Mart, and it is definitely not acceptable to share photos to anyone, let alone print copies for yourself. It violates copyright regulations, as well as customer trust. I’ve seen countless orders of photos including nudity/pornography (must be shredded immediately, cannot be sold to customer), death, celebrities, and illegal activity. The employee(s) who committed this act most definitely has poor judgment, no work ethic, and I’m sure has been dealt with properly. Might I add, I earn much more than minimum wage, in fact, all Photo Associates make several dollars an hour more than minimum wage, even door greeters are started at higher than minimum wage. Even if we did make the lowest possible income, it’s should not be incentive enough to violate common practice, privacy, or the law.

You call him a “celebrity”, but there’s a good chance that he doesn’t consider himself one and wouldn’t even think of having to be cautious about something so mundane as having his pictures developed. Go easy on the kid!!

I agree with Aly – it never occurred to me that employees could see the photos on those self-service machines. But could Casey not at least take it over to Wolf/Ritz Camera or something? I would expect those employees to be a little more discreet.

Not that I would ever defend him, but maybe he was using one of those digital machines where you insert the camera card and print out the extra copies immediately yourself? I know that I have done that and would not think that walmart employees would have access to all the pictures that were printed on the machine, as you take the digital card with you when you leave……

though you would think they would have the money for an at home photo printer, they are very inexpensive….

Okay, he is what 16 or 17 years old? I truly think a teenage boy would be that dumb – sorry Trent. I’m sure it never occured to grandmama Lynn to mention to him when he was taking the pics that he should be careful where he takes them to print.
