Who Is This Unmasked Man?
A peek at what could've been

Okay, no hints … can you guess who this man is?

If you take a good look at the man’s facial features, I think you can deduce who it is. After the jump, find out if you’re correct …

Okay, it’s a bit of a trick … the pic is a digital extrapolation of what Michael Jackson MIGHT look like as he turns 50 years old (on August 29th) IF he hadn’t had so much plastic surgery done to his face … a far cry from what the man has actually become, this from the Daily Mail:

A middle-aged man wearing pyjamas is being pushed in a wheelchair down a sidewalk by an assistant. He is gaunt and frail-looking. His skin seems to be peeling. His fingernails are a sickening shade of yellow-brown. Beneath a red Marines baseball cap a surgical mask is visible, covering the bottom half of his face. A pair of large sunglasses shield the top. Three children walk ahead – two boys and a girl. All seem happy and look adorable in colourful clothing. Their baseball caps do not seem a deliberate attempt to shield their faces. “Slow down,” the man commands in a hoarse whisper, but the children ignore him and quickly cross the street to stand in front of a bookshop. When the man in the wheelchair finally catches up, one of the children dutifully holds the door open as he is wheeled inside. “Thank you,” he mutters weakly. All seems calm, but then – just as the children are about to follow the man into the shop – a stranger approaches the smallest of them. “Was that…?” she begins to ask. The boy is about to answer, when a large man steps between them. “No. That was not,” he says, taking the boy by the hand and rushing him inside. But, just before the door swings closed, the young boy turns to his inquisitor, smiles broadly and mouths just two words: Michael Jackson.

And this is what Wacko Jacko looks like today, this pic of the alleged King of Pop was snapped at Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV last night:

Yeesh! Clearly the man is not well … I mean, who goes out in public wearing a tuxedo jacket and pajama pants like this? OY! It’s funny to think of what might’ve been had Jackson‘s life not skewed so far into the world of seeming insanity. The digital mock-up is actually quite handsome, had he allowed himself to grow into maturity without all the surgery he would’ve turned out much better looking than he does now. Well, at least he made it to 50 … that has to account for something, right?

Jane thats so sad to hear about the 7 year old boy
but i don’t think many black people want to be white.
I’m black and I’m fine with my skin colour. It just depends
how your raised. If your raised to appreciate the way you look
I don’t think you’ll think about such trivial things as skin colour.

I pity Michael Jackson, all that surgery and for what? It didn’t make him look better, it actually took away his looks, and showed his insecurities with himself to the world.

obviously he’s really sick, it’s actually really sad.

Hey Jay ~ I agree w you. My neice is a beautiful mix and she’s very proud of both her heritages and cultures. The little boy I was talking about lived in a predominating white area and I think he was picked on (let me just say he is now a gorgeous man!!! And no longer feels that way – doesn’t even remember it). As for Michael Jackson, he was much better looking the way God made him. I wish he had given himself the chance to be a the handsome man he could have become.

Having read the accompanying article, he seems to have become a shell of a man. And as the writer described, he seems to be quick ill. I just hope he isn’t suffering from some illness.

I’m pretty sure the colour of his skin is due to pigmentation disorder he has, not skin whitening. Apparently that’s how the glove thing got started, since that’s where his skin started to fade first, he used the glove to cover it up. Too bad that can’t all the other crazy stuff, though.

Can I just quickly remind everybody as MDU also mentioned that he had an accident which burnt his skin and his hair. He had to have several operations to fix his face and repair his skin. Beside the fact that his dad made him go on stage at the age of 4 to perform. That is no way to grow and now people are scared for his kids. I am pretty sure they’re living a better life then he had at that age.

I feel sorry for Michael because it is obvious that he had low self-esteem…he is still musically one of the most influential artists of all time, it’s just sad that he could never accept his looks.

    Poor Michael <3
I wish he had been happy with himself the way he was before. -sigh- But I’m so sick of people making fun of him. He’s just another celebrity thats been tortured by the media. It’s got to stop.
