C’mon, y’all … you had to know it was Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes:

Katie Holmes has taken to wearing Tom Cruise’s jeans, so it’s a good thing he’s got plenty in supply. The pair stepped out in matching denim during a family day out with daughter Suri in New York yesterday. Katie’s departure from the skinny jean look has become her trademark in recent weeks and she’s sported an array of slouchy jeans on more than ten separate occasions. But Tom, not to be outdone, proved he still wears the trousers in their relationship during their latest outing. According to Tom and Katie’s stylist, Jeanne Yang, the jeans are from part of the Prps. denim range which features a camouflage lining and turned pocket detail and do belong to Mrs Cruise’s husband. But Katie may not have to keep borrowing Tom’s jeans for long as the clothing brand is launching a women’s range this autumn. The family have temporarily relocated to New York while Katie gears up to star in the Broadway production of All My Sons.

Well, you know what they say about the couple who wear the same clothes together … they, uh, save on dry cleaning bills ;)
