Pete Wentz Takes Up Tennis
While Snoop Dogg was bizzy playing baseball with the LA Dodgers this week, Pete Wentz was doing a bit of sporty stuff of his own. Here are pics of Pete Wentz working on his tennis game during a tennis lesson here in SoCal earlier this week:
HMMM … could it be that the emo kid is now more interested in becoming a jock? I get that Pete takes all new endeavors very seriously but, c’mon, is the he sweatband really all that necessary? I mean, really. But anyways, as far as sports go, I guess tennis is about the best one that Pete could’ve picked … he looks like the kinda guy who might not do well with contact sports like football or rugby. Good for him for taking up a new hobby like this, mebbe we’ll be seeing him at the US Open next year … it’s possible, right?

awww doesn’t he look like a monkey kinda?…okay, maybe it’s just me.
and now, whilst risking sounding like the biggest dork/pete wentz stalker ever [which i'm not, so don't worry..] did you know that pete was an all state soccer player back in the day?
hard to imagine, i know.
still, i gotta say; i kinda dig the geeky tennis outfit..even if it is a little bit tooo much.

Nice to see him making the effort, but his backhand is atrocious. Is there seriously a USPTA professional on the other side of the net? Or just some dude who watched the US Open and thinks he knows?

Does he have fake legs or terrible calf scarring or something? Who wears pants ALL the time. especially when playing tennis? Isn’t it hot out where he is?

actually soccer is his sport of choice.
He has said himself that if there was one thing he was put on this earth to do it is to play soccer, but then he started to like music.

he played tennis so he could wear the little outfit and sweat band. he doesn’t care about tennis, he just loves accessories and/or playing dress up.

I think Pete looks … I don’t know … Atleast hes trying, yeah? Oh well… who cares what he looks like anyway, he obviously doesn’t care that much. But he could loose the long pants.. It must be pretty hot wearing that…
