Kelly Osbourne’s Curious Contusion
Kelly Osbourne was spotted out and about in Londontown sporting a pretty henious shiner over her left eye. Her official story is that something fell off the wall as she reached into the cupboard for a glass and smashed her in the face … leaving her looking like this:
Kelly Osbourne cut a miserable figure as she left her London home yesterday sporting a heavily bruised face. The 23-year-old singer-turned-radio DJ had a black eye and a bandaged temple as she left her flat to visit her doctor. While Kelly may have looked like she had been in a fight, her spokesman said the reality TV star had fallen prey to some bad DIY when the contents of a cupboard fell on top of her. Kelly had a low-key bank holiday weekend at home after suffering from a tummy bug. Her illness was made even worse when she reached to get a glass from a cupboard in her kitchen and the whole piece of furniture fell off the wall on on top of her, cutting her temple and hitting her in the left eye. Her spokesman Gary Farrow said: “She was suffering from a stomach upset all weekend, which meant she couldn’t go out anywhere, and then this happened. She is fine now, though.”
HMMMMM … this sounds very convoluted to me … is anyone else buying this tall tale?

Y’know… I’ll believe it.
I have had the same thing happen to me before. I was reaching to a shelf that was a little too high and put too much weight on it and tipped forward. Ouch!

I honestly believe Kelly’s Storry also, I don’t think she’d be one to cover up and not say ” well I go this and the other bitch got plenty more”

I believe Kelly’s story. Her arms and face have no other marks on them. Seems to me there would have been more evidence of bruising if an actual fight had occurred. No one just comes up and socks someone in the eye without a little bit of a tussle. And when did Kelly Osbourne ever strike you as the quiet, timorous type? No. If someone had the nerve to give her a shiner of this magnitude, she, or her mother, would be extremely vocal in the press. That’s my opinion at least.

I believe the story … ever since I fell down the steps (landing on my calves) carrying a basket of laundry, I totally understand! Accidents happen in the home! … and I no longer make jokes about old people falling and not being able to get up … because man that hurt!!!

It may be unbelievable, but weird things like this can truely happen. It has to me on more than one occasion – I will give you 3 instances…
1) As a child I played alone & with friends… Always having something happen to me that NEVER happened to others. Other kids would run, trip & land on the grass; get on a bike & grab the handles; move past a tree – all done without incident. ME?! I’d do the same things… AND ALWAYS GET STUNG BY A BEE!
2) As a teenager I stumbled over my cat, hit the bookcase, fell & of course… the bookcase fell on me! Thankfully, it wasn’t filled with many books so it wasn’t heavy enough to cause injury.
3) Another incident – I got up in the middle of the night (half-awake) & walked into the open door… Got my water, drank it, went to sleep – Woke up to pain & one hell of a black eye!
I could give more proof of accident-prone incidents… Funny now; painful & embarrassing then.

I believe it. I was helping my sister move an was clearing off the top bookshelf when the whole thing tumbled down on me. I had a cut in the same place on my temple from something hitting me.

I believe her. I’ve had the same thing happen to me. I overreached for something and pulled the whole fixture down on my head. I was all messed up. I looked like I had been beat down.

Me too. It’s not that far-fetched. Plus, who would just get plastic surgery on one temple?!

I believe her. I’ve had so much SHIT fall on me cause I was too lazy to go grab a chair or stool or something to get to a better height. LOL
Luckily I’ve never injured myself as bad as Kelly did!

I believe it. I had a wall cupboard fall on me and 14 years later I still have two protuding scars over the vein on my wrist. It looks like I tried to off myself…which it was everyone asks.
