John Mayer Works Out His Bod
When last we saw John Mayer he was being a bit of a crabby pants, what with all the middle finger action he was throwing around, but this time he seems to have mellowed a bit as the paps snapped him making his way into the gym yesterday afternoon:

Yeah, I think I like the new haircut … it gives him a much sexier ‘tude I think. Now instead of lookin’ pissy in pics like these he looks smoldering. I would suggest he pick up a man bag toute suite tho, it would make carrying around that pile of gym clothes much easier.

That’s kind of funny, considering this that I read today in the Denver Post:
John Mayer is among the celebrities calling for the regulation of how paparazzi conduct themselves, People magazine reports.
The singer made his argument at a hearing about the matter at L.A. City Hall Thursday.
“I don’t sit before you today to ask that you ban the paparazzi,” Mayer, 30, explained. “I’m asking you to regulate it. Officialize it. Tax it. Legitimize it.
“I don’t want to beg the city of Los Angeles to give me 1987 back,” he said. “I love being a famous musician in 2008… This is about safety.”
Mayer proposed the requirement of photographer credentials, marked cars for photographers and a “law governing an acceptable filming distance from an unwilling subject (to keep) everybody safe and misbehavior accountable.”
