I agree with Chloe!! Mayer is a LOWLIFE PRICK!! He was just trying to save face and let everyone know that he broke up with her first. Jenn was probably sick of his immature BS and onstage whiny rants about her.

He is so full of it!! The tabs were not trashing Jenn they were trashing him. So he was defending himself not her.

If he was a real man he would have kept his fat trap shut. Jenn does not talk about her personal life so is a jackass for blabbing to the paps about it.

When will these female celebs learn their lesson and not date this sleazy douche??

Ok. It’s like you people don’t get it. First of all the personal business of any of these people isn’t anyone else’s business. (For the record, I know this site is a celeb gossip blog before you all use that as a defense for me being here commenting). The point he is trying to make isn’t that he is a horn dog and wants to sleep around, isn’t that he cheated, wanted to cheat, whatever..sometimes you just don’t wanna be with someone. No one has to be the ‘bad guy’ and he knows and expects people to relate to that simple fact alone instead of how the media is trying to spin things out of control to leetch money off his existance.

I never thought this was a real relationship. Like so many “Celeb Relationships” I think it was more PR than anything. Maybe not. We’ll never really know. If it was real and this shizz is true, I say cool that he was upfront and not a game player. Hopefully, Jen will find someone right for her.

Please leave this poor guy alone- he looks hounded. I think he was honest and sincere – sometimes relationships just don’t work out. Why blame him for trying to clear things up if he can’t walk a few steps without being hounded? If he doesn’t talk- people bitch about him. If he does- he’s too talky? Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

I like the guy. It wasn’t working for him, so ended it, simple as that. Least he’s honest. I hate reading all these BS stories that he cheated or she was a control freak nothing that’s printed is true anymore… it’s all rubbish.

I think the media is just determined to pin a label on everyone and they’ve decided to make John the love rat. I just think he’s gone on a few dates with a couple of famous chicks, things haven’t worked out, so they’ve ended things. Simple as. But the media wants a story so they make out he jumps from woman to woman, cheating, breaking hearts, blah blah. I don’t know, but I don’t buy it.

I don’t understand the Mayer hatred either. He’s HONEST, ladies. I find that refreshing in a man. I don’t want anyone staying with me because he’s was too chicken to leave.
If rumors are to be believed, Jen wants a husband and kids; John isn’t ready for either so he got out. Bravo! She’s been seen out with another guy already, so good for her too!
