I feel creepy even looking at these photos. We would never do this in person (peer over someone’s fence and watch them in their back yard through a telephoto lens), so why is it ok to look at the photos?! Seriously – photos of them in public, out and about, fine. Photos of them in their private homes? Not ok.
I’m guessing that she invited someone to take the pictures. You could never get that angle if you were off the property. Hey, good publicity stunt for Hayden nobody is really talking about her and she really hasn’t gotten any good jobs besides Hero’s.

I’m guessing if she invited them the view wouldn’t be so awkward. This is obviously someone peeping into her private property and it’s not okay to post something like this. Nip slips in public are one thing, this makes me feel disgusting.
@Celebrity Blaster – WTF? Hayden’s a very private person, she’d never invite the paps into her home just to get b-day pics. It’s very unfortunate that this’ll probably be all over the internet, when the poor girl did nothing to deserve it. Paps are pervs, end of. It’s really disgusting. It takes all of 3 seconds to realize that it’s sun bouncing off some sequins on her suit that make it appear as if that’s her boob hanging out… but it’s clearly NOT. Geez.
