It doesn’t matter who McCain would have picked, this conversation would be exactly the same, but with different points of contention. Duh. I am so bothered that so many people only take the time to attack what they don’t like as opposed to pointing out what makes their choice so exceptional. And that goes both ways. I have no idea who I will vote for, but I can say that all this negativity wears me the eff out. Isn’t Nader running again? ha.

She is running the state with the population of Austin, Texas. Woohoo. Thats experience we can trust. NOT. Choosing her as a running mate is irresponsible, considering his age. Would you trust someone with your family, your children with someone you met ONCE? He has entrusted her with 300 million american lives if he doesn’t make his term (quite possible at his age). Irresponsible and stupid. Clearly desperation for votes.

Apparently someone from Fox News responded to Palin’s lack of foreign experience by saying that being leader of Alaska, which is near Russia,. is close to having foreign experience.

Ok… I have to comment on the no experience comment. She may have only been Gov for less than 2 years, but she is running and ENTIRE STATE people! I love how everyone looks over the fact that Obama has only been a 2 term Senator. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE and he does not explain anything that he plans on doing. “I’m going to spend 150 billion on ensuring we end our dependency on oil” Exactly what are you going to do? He is all show and no substance, but that just goes to show you how niave people are.

Sorry Jonesy but 72 is old. If not, then what do you define as old? The average life expectancy in the United States is 77.5-80 years old. Considering McCain’s poor health, it’s not a stretch to assume he may not make it to that age.

A 72 year old may have *cough* “wisdom”, but they also tend to be out of touch with what we need NOW. They’re from a different age. I, personally, believe that leader of the country should be someone from the age they’re hoping to lead in.
