‘Gossip’ Boys Still Workin’ Hard
While many folks (including me) are buzzing about the debut of the much-talked about Beverly Hills, 90210 spin-off for The CW (especially all the Shannen Doherty shizz) which is set to premiere on 09.02, it should be noted that the Gossip Girl gang are still hard at work doing their own thang as they continue to film scenes for their second season all around NYC. Here are a few pics of Gossip boys Chace Crawford, Penn Badgley and Ed Westwick on the GG set at Columbia University earlier this week:
After the lads did their thing at Columbia, they hightailed it down to Brooklyn, NY to film scenes on the campus of Brooklyn Collage. After the jump, check out a couple pics of Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick enjoying a little tête-à-tête together on a grassy knoll on set …
Oh yeah, I bet there is a bit of rivalry going on between these two … even if they profess to be the best of friends, I’m sure each one thinks their the hotter shizz than the other. I think I’ve decided that I’m gonna have to be on Team Ed … Chace is much too purdy to take seriously and doesn’t have nearly as much flair as Ed does. I also like that Ed as Chuck Bass takes a lot of fashion risks and even tho they aren’t always winners, I gotta give the boy snaps for going fashion forward. We are only about 2 weeks away from the season 2 premiere of Gossip Girl … September 1 can’t get here soon enough for me.

What? Blasphemy, Mr. G. The cast is hot, but the show is also ludicrously entertaining. I’m glad I’m not the only one who finds Ed so oddly appealing, either.

Ok, at first I was really really not an Ed fan.. but now like others I find myself oddly drawn to him. But I’ve been in love with Penn since he had the long curly hair.. sigh. Grow it back!

I simply cannot get enough of this show. It is so fricken good!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just bought the first season on DVD- Trent, if you haven’t seen all the eps I highly suggest getting it.
The bonus features on the DVD’s are quite amazing- there is a lot of thought put into this show. It has to be said that the impact this show has on fashion is really great also.

seriously, Ed looks like such an idiot. who really dresses like that, i think he looks more like a fool than anything. If someone were to go out in public like that there would be countless people laughing behind his back. Hes a hot looking guy but his fashion style makes him look like a looser trying to hard to stand out and make some sort of “fashion statement” if you can call that style fashion, it usually looks like a clothes rack just barfed up something and he threw it together. And Chance…well Chance is just too damn perfect. he must have a small penis or something cause nobody can be THAT perfectly hot all over!!!
