I could totally see them coming to Richmond. Afterall, Chris Brown is from Tappahanock, VA. That’s not too far from Richmond. He’s probably been to Richmond plenty of times before his celebrity status or wasn’t noticed. I wouldn’t doubt if he was in the area b/c he has family around there.
