Britney Spears Makes A New BFF
Aww … ain’t this a sweet sight … Britney Spears, on one of her scheduled visits with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, was seen taking her boys out for a little walk — and she had a new friend with her. Here are a couple pics of Britney with a new girlfriend and their children out for a stroll around Brit Brit’s home yesterday afternoon:
I love it! Britters needs to be hanging out with peers, other mothers, her own age rather than anyone from the Hollywood “It” crowd. I bet she could also use a break from all her handlers and employees … and this new friend, who has a child of her own (it seems), seems like the perfect person for her to be chillin’ with. And, her sons have a new playmate. Go, Britney! You keep doing your thing … you’re deffo on the right track … and we’re all rootin’ for you, right?

I wish her and her kids the best. She needs to go on oprah when shes ready to tell the world what went wrong and how it got right. Oprah would be the right venue for that. Not a tabloid or anything

Speaking of BFF’s and the Hollywood “It” crowd (and I realize this is off topic) I just watched “Drama In The Hills: The Top 10 Most Memorable Moments Ever” on MTV Canada this morning and I have one question… why, oh why did they have to hire “Pooh-rez’” as the pop-culture pundit?
I understand from his comments that his blog broke the LC sex tape story and so it’s likely that the producers wanted him on there since that “scandal” was, like, the biggest Hills drama, like, ever. But still… why Pooh-rez?
I hate like hell to bring *that* blog to mind for any of us because it is cheap, it is trash, it is hateful, it is mean, it reeks of mediocrity and I utterly refuse to visit that URL (as a matter of fact, I highly doubt he even actually writes it himself anymore).
Anyway Trent I’ve seen you on MTV before for Hills stuff and with all the coverage you give to that show I feel the much wiser decision would have been to have you (or at least someone else not hateful) do the commenting on this TV special.
I mean, shit… I don’t exactly know how all this crap goes down but suffice to say it would have been nice not to have to see that bogus blogger every few minutes during the show.
ALL OF THAT SAID, I look forward to Hills coverage on PITNB once season 4 starts up next week ;-)

This is the type of normal behavior Britney needs in her life. Strolling down the street with her babies and regular friends. Everyone deserves a second chance and I hope Britney makes the best of hers.

I am sick and tired of everyone saying how great it is that Britney is healthy and being a mother. Hello!!! Isn’t that what she is supposed to do? I’m a mother and I have the ocassional night out with my friends but I am a mother first. I was 18 when I had my child. I didn’t ask for pity, I raised my child. Gracious sakes, she gave up custody. If us mom’s decided not to take care of our kids and just get visitation, we’d have relaxed looks and tan lines also. Give me a break, she is the same as a deadbeat dad.

Im so happy for Brit……….I bought the OK mag the other day to read her interview……..loved it. I have always believed Brit would get back on track and always defended her……..she will be back on top real soon…….you go, Brit!

And to Nat Lancaster: you really need to stop making things about yourself. Have you ever seen shows like intervention? have you noticed how the family & family’s ALWAYS want the person to get better, and be healthy? they never say “I told you so!!!” or “I never did drugs so you dont deserve my pity!” they don’t make things about themselves because in truth its about the “sick” person and in this case its Britney Spears, and were hoping for good things for her because shes a mother, a daughter, a friend, an idol to some people, and many want to see her get better not worse, so please don’t tell us your sad sob story of to devert our condolences to her.

Like I’ve said before, that girl is not out of the woods yet. It’s good to see her trying to be a normal person, but I’m afraid she is just not capable of overcoming the white trash gene. I wish the best for her kids, because none of this is their fault, but with two trashy losers for parents, it’s going to be a rough journey.

i’m sure your situation was EXACTLY like britney’s? you’ve led an insanely public life? had every move followed and photographed? made headlines about every mistake you’ve made? had a mental illness and experienced a nervous breakdown in front of the world?
britney is a human being who, like everyone, has gone through problems. who the fuck are you to judge? oh, that’s right, you’ve had a child too! i guess you have all the answers.
