New Hollywood “It” Girl and Gossip Girl star Blake Lively turns 21 years old today … and the poor thing had to go to work anyways. I’m sure there are many things that one would rather be doing on their birthday other than having to work but when you are one of the principal stars of one of the nation’s hot new teen dramas, well, I guess you really have no choice. Happy 21st Birthday, Blake! Now get back to work.

It’s probably just the makeup, but I thought she was older than 20/21.. odd. I’m only a couple days older :P
It’s also my friend’s 21st today. Yay for gorgeous blonde women’s birthdays :)
