Are Paris Hilton & Benji Madden Dunzo?
Now, when it comes to Paris Hilton it’s usually not that hard to believe that she is dating one person today and someone else the next but new reports that she is now romantically involved with My Space CEO Chris DeWolfe after it was believed that she was happily dating Benji Madden of Good Charlotte are a bit hard to believe. I mean, it’s totally possible but … mebbe I don’t want to believe that she would do Benji wrong like this?
Facebook may be the king of the Silicon Valley crowd, but Paris Hilton apparently prefers MySpace. 42 year old MySpace cofounder and CEO Chris DeWolfe has been dating 27 year old Paris Hilton for at least a few weeks, sources close to the company confirm. We first got wind of this when we saw DeWolfe in a random video clip with Hilton from last month. He’s also been throwing parties in the Hamptons, and Hilton has been at all of them. Now we’ve got a source in New York that’s confirming the two are dating. DeWolfe is hosting yet another party tonight in the Hamptons, and Hilton will reportedly be there as his date. This is a brilliant marketing move for MySpace (or for Hilton?). Or maybe they actually like each other. All we’ve confirmed is that they are definitely dating. As far as we can tell DeWolfe still has a wife (but is reportedly separated) and Hilton still has an official boyfriend, but whatever, this is Hollywood. Best of luck to both of them.
Now, just because Hilton and Wolfe were seen together doesn’t mean that they’re actually dating … and I can’t even believe I’m saying this myself but I’m having a hard time believing this report is actually true. Trust me, I’m not the biggest Paris Hilton fan on Earth but I can’t believe she could be so happy with Benji Madden and then immediately start dating someone else. Have I totally lost my mind? I barely batted an eyelash when this has happened before (all those numerous times) but this time … I dunno, is it wrong to put this much faith in Paris Hilton?

I don’t know as much as I hate Paris Hilton it seems like her and benji really liked each other… If this is true then it just gives me one more reason not to like her.

The whole coupling creeped me out at first, (she and Nicole sharing a pair of twins- definitely odd) but this whole relationship seems to have given her a reason to stay out of Hollywood and off of the tabloid pages. Whatever keeps her out of my line of sight must be a good thing, so I sincerely hope this is just a rumour.

How do they conclude from those pictures that they are ‘dating’??? There was a woman standing between them! It looks like your typical party event / business function. I think his peeps are trying to create some buzz around him.

I feel the same way. I am not a big fan of Paris either, but seeing her so happy with Benji, and even talking about marriage and stuff, it’s just sad if the news about her hooking up with that CEO were true.
I guess people just want to believe in true love, at least Paris made me believe that she’s finally in love and in a good, healthy relationship. I want to believe it’s false, because I still want to hold on to the little faith I’ve got for the Hollywood.

I don’t have a lot of faith in Paris, either, but this actually seems slightly beneath her. If she’s really been spotted at recent Good Charlotte shows, and on KISS FM saying she still loves him, I actually kind of believe her. I mean, her personality sucks, but she is kind of hot, so why would she waste her time with a not-so-good-looking Madden twin unless she likes him?
