Woot! The 4th season of The Hills debuts tonight on MTV at 10pm and there promises to be a whole lotta drama to come … but first up, Heidi Montag has a little something she wants you to hear first:

To coincide with tonight’s season 4 premiere of The Hills, Heidi Montag has released a new single. “Overdosin’” is about “when you fall in love with someone… and [you're] just overdosing off of their love,” she said on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM morning show. The song’s chorus is a repetition of “I can’t get enough of you.”

Heidi and Spencer Pratt tell Extra TV that they are deffo planning to be married on TV and that they have no intention of leaving The Hills before the show ends its run:

Reality TV’s most talked about couple, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, breaks the big news to “Extra” that they’re planning to get married on live on TV! Montag tells “Extra,” “I’m just waiting for that big ring.” Montag also reveals there could be baby Speidis in the future, saying “I want kids … eventually.” This weekend, The Hills co-star, Audrina Patridge, opened up about her frosty relationship with Montag, saying, “You know, I don’t have a problem with her … That’s between her and Lauren [Conrad].” On set, “Extra” played Patridge’s comments for Montag, who revealed she has no ill feelings toward Patridge, saying, “We hang out. We’re friends … I love Audrina.” As for any rumors that Heidi is leaving The Hills, she responds, “No, where would I go?”

Lauren LC Conrad, the show’s star, on the other hand tells the New York Post that The Hills is “definitely reaching its end”, telling the newspaper:

The show is definitely reaching its end. It’s been so amazing and I’ve loved most of it, but I think there is going to come a time where I need to live my life for myself and not in front of viewers. I’m young and having fun with it now, but it’s not something I am going to be able to do forever, obviously.

Little Suri Holmes-Cruise was spotted enjoying an afternoon of shopping with her mother-like guardian Katie Holmes this weekend and she was spied enjoying a curious conversation with a doll that she mistakenly assumed was her sister, assuming that the doll was also created in the same doll lab that she came from:

US Weekly has just broke the exclusive news that reality TV fans have been hoping and praying for for years now. Beth Stolarczyk, one of reality TV’s most reviled stars who appeared on the MTV‘s second season of The Real World (Los Angeles) and on countless Real World/Road Rules Challenges, has not only gotten herself married to a real estate developer named Matt Ciriello … but she’s also going to spawn a child:

Feisty Real World season two cast member — and Real World Challenge star — Beth Stolarczyk is a married woman. She wed real estate developer Matt Ciriello over the weekend in a private ceremony on the beach in Santa Monica, her rep tells Usmagazine.com exclusively. Real World Boston alum Syrus Yarbrough and Temptation Island’s Valerie Penso were among the 175 guests. Stolarczyk, 39, and Ciriello, 32, have more good news: They’re also expecting a baby. “I have never been happier in my life. We are over the moon,” Stolarczyk tells Us. “I was not expecting to be pregnant on my wedding day, but then I’ve always done things a little controversial” … Her rep tells Us Stolarczyk’s feet were so swollen that she opted for white Havana flip flops but ended up going barefoot during the ceremony. Their baby girl is due in the beginning of December.

You know what … much congrats and love to the happy couple. Now, most people who know who Beth is either outright hate her or love to hate her … after all, she is one of the pioneering shit-stirrers of reality TV overall. You may recall that she had a big hand in reality TV’s first ejection of a castmember due to controversy (in a nutshell, during the course of The Real World — LA, David pulled a blanket off of roommate Tami exposing her underwear on national TV … at first the joke was funny but then it became a huge dramatic issue that Beth (as an instigator) likened to “rape” … David was kicked off the show as a result and so began the precedent for ejecting reality TV stars for improper behavior). In the years since, Beth has appeared on numerous RW/RR Challenges doing her best to instigate drama … all of which I loved watching. I think it’s wonderful that she’s now happily married and expecting a baby Beth in December. I can’t wait until her little girl makes her proud by scoring her first stint on reality TV.

New mom Jennifer Lopez made an appearance on ABC‘s Good Morning America (which taped her segment in NYC’s Central Park) this AM in order to engage in a little physical fitness on national TV. J. Lo revealed that she is currently in training to participate in a triathalon to raise money for charity. Here are a few pics of La Diva Latina doing her thang on GMA this morning:

New mom and Self’s Most Inspiring Woman of 2008 Jennifer Lopez was on Good Morning America today talking twins and triathlon training. About her triathlon plans, she had this to say: “It actually came up when I was about 8 months pregnant and I was beached like a whale. I was watching TV and I saw a triathlon and I said, ‘You know what? I think I could do that, that would be great for me to do. Maybe I’ll do it this year.’” And seven months later, she’s ready to swim, bike and run in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon this Sept. 14—for charity, of course. Now on to the stuff we really care about—babies! She says her 6-month-old twins, Emme and Max, are already sleeping through the night and that so far, she and Marc have been doing the baby raising all on their own without any nannies. Sounds suspicious to us—we can’t imagine J.Lo changing any diapers, but that’s probably what Marc is for.

And so … our sojourn to the beautiful state of Wyoming has already come to a close. David and I arrived back here in LA late last night after our quick trip to Jackson Hole, WY for our dear friends Sashie and Will‘s wedding. We spent as much of the day as we could checkin’ out the sights in town before we had to ship out. Randomly, David’s cousins Carin and Deb were also in Jackson Hole yesterday (they were in town for a music festival on our last day in town) and we met up for lunch at The Bunnery and then did a bit of shopping and sight-seeing together. Here are some of our fun pics from yesterday and one extra pic from Saturday night (with some of Sashie’s fun family members):

Along the way, David and I picked up some fun souvenirs from our trip (I got the cowboy hat, he got the cowboy boots) and I managed to meet a few Pink readers along the way. I got to meet Andrea and Shannon in Jackson Hole (pictured above), I got to meet Jennifer at the airport and Erin on our plane. It was really very cool meeting you all :) I was totally charmed by the beauty in Jackson Hole, I hope we can go back to enjoy it for longer sometime soon. I was very impressed by the splendor of Wyoming, it is truly America at it’s natural best. We had a blast.

But now we’re home again … David is here til tomorrow and then I get to enjoy the week here in LA until I fly back to Detroit next Sunday. Yes, I live on airplanes :)
