The ‘90210’ Kids Come Out To Play
The entire principal cast of the new Beverly Hills, 90210 spin-off show for The CW came out and made an appearance at the 2008 Summer TCA Tour which was held at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Bev Hills, CA yesterday afternoon … here are a few pics of some of the new faces that will be showing up at West Beverly High this Fall:
Even tho the amazing CONFIRMATION that Shannen Doherty WILL BE coming back to 90210 came out earlier this week, none of the former castmembers of BH, 90210 were at yesterday’s event. As I’ve been saying, they are not the main focus of the new show. This new cast of characters will be the central focus of the story and the other “guest stars” will provide support, linking the original show to the new show. I can’t wait … at first, I was very lukewarm to the idea of a 90210 spin-off but the more I hear about it, the more I see — I’m totally on board now. I just hope that my expectations haven’t been raised too high. BH, 90210 was such a cultural phenomenon the first time around, I’m not sure if this new incarnation will have the same impact. It’s possible but … the jury’s still out. Here’s hoping the kids at West Beverly High can take the country by storm again — but just in case, we still have the Upper East Siders on Gossip Girl to fall back on if need be.

Anna Lynne McCord better be playing the sneaky, slutty girl. After seeing her on Nip/Tuck, I don’t think I could look at her any other way.

since he is from our small town of yellowknife way up north in canada. i still remember when he was in our drama class and was the big goofball of the group so i wish him the best and i will be watching every episode!!
