Spencer Pratt Is Sorry
Spencer Pratt has had a change of heart over the remarks that he made about Mary-Kate Olsen (having said, among other things, that MK is the “less cute” Olsen twin) after she made some not-so-nice comments about him on The Late Show with David Letterman last week. Here is the full ‘mea culpa’ statement released by Spencer to US Weekly magazine:
Spencer Pratt has apologized to Mary-Kate Olsen for calling her “the less cute twin.” Pratt, 24, fired off a tersely-written statement to Usmagazine.com after Olsen, 22, told David Letterman The Hills star used to throw temper tantrums during their high school soccer games. “I apologize for getting caught up in trash talking, but she brought up an emotional subject when she mentioned the soccer stuff,” Pratt tells Us exclusively. “I know Dave was just doing his job in asking her,” he went on. “He’s the best in the game at that.” Pratt even admitted he was a bit envious of the twin. “I respect Mary Kate as a business-woman,” he said. “I’m secretly jealous of her. I want my face on a lunchbox, too!” Sources told Us that the Olsen-Pratt fight began after he sold high school photos of a tipsy-appearing Olsen to Star magazine.
See … and folks think that Spencer doesn’t have a heart. Hopefully this will put an end to this little feud that has been bubbling for years (apparently) and just recently flared up again. Incidentally, I believe it was the photo I posted HERE that Spencer sold to Star magazine. Now that he’s apologized, I’m sure both parties can move forward like grown adults … right?

Oh please……..his publicist probably told him that MK could wipe him off the face of the Earth if she so chooses……..and he is just running scared trying to keep parlaying some semblance of celebrity. I hate when people apologize not because they truly are sorry but because they think it will help how people look at them……….nope……..you are still a jerk Spence…….

That seems like less than an apology. “I’m jealous of her. I wish that I had my face on a lunch box” Yeah right! If you can’t see right through that as one of his fake stunts than you’re pretty stupid.

I can see it now… “The 40 people who actually purchased their young children a lunchbox featuring ‘The Hills’ Spencer Pratt have asked for their money back, after their children were too afraid to open their lunchboxes. 8 year old Laura Scott told us “It was frightening! He was staring right at me ;_;!! I just…couldn’t give the lid, I thought he was going to eat me”. Pratt’s ‘person’ declined to comment on this, while she was questioned during her class in Public Relations”….

My question is…why is David Letterman asking if MK Olson knew Spencer Pratt in the first place? Shouldn’t her gig on the show have something to do with her? If you ask me, Spencer should thank David Letterman for the free publicity, and look….3 days later we’re all still talking about it!

Aren’t they going to Africa to “build houses and stuff”? I’m sure his image was a little tainted after saying those things about her, which can’t be the case for two pseudo “humanitarians”. It’s a game to them, as it is with everyone who has been eaten up by Hollywood and the mentality that hovers over the city. He’s a manager… he knows the value of words whether or not he means them. Well, since Heidi is being persecuted like no one since Jesus, it’s so nice that her douchebag boyfriend is reaching out and making amends to one of the Children of the Corn before she uses some of her billion dollars to wipe him off the planet.
