Speidi Brings The ‘Club’ To Kitson
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were on hand this past weekend to do an in-store appearance and signing at Kitson in West Hollywood, CA to promote Heidiwood for Anchor Blue’s Club Collection fashion line. Here are a few pics of the illustrious Speidi at this weekend’s event:
Say what you will (and you will say what you will), this couple keeps on workin’ hard to keep their names in the press and their products flying off the shelves. While Lauren LC Conrad’s fashions are languishing on the racks at Kitson (not even a Buy One Get On Free sale is able to move LC’s stuff), I understand that Heidi’s Heidiwood collection is selling very well. It’s all about promotion and Speidi sure know how to promote themselves. They are so well suited for one another … I fully expect they’ll be together forever … possibly, one day, ruling the world. Are you on Team Heidi? C’mon, there have to be some Hills fans out there who enjoy these two.

Kitson is the only store that carries Heidi’s line besides Anchor Blue. Lauren’s line is in over 500 boutiques plus Bloomingdales and Nordstrom. I don’t think Lauren really cares if Kitson doesn’t carry her line. Kitson is a joke anyway.

I think it was really tacky of Kitson to go to the press about dropping Lauren’s line. They are just pissed that Lauren wouldn’t go to their stupid store and get them attention. Of course Heidi goes their the same week Lauren gets trashed by the store.

Their names and products are shitty! Heidi’s clothes are cheap and trashy. If you want to spend $30 on dress that will last you 3 months, sure, buy Heidiwood. If you want a cute dress that is all about quality, but from LC’s line. And the fact that Lauren has her line at Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom proves that her line is was more successful and classier than Heidi’s.
Heidi is trash. Spencer is trash. And Heidi is fugly.

Heidi wouldn’t even be famous if it weren’t for Lauren and I think the way she keeps riding that wave is disgusting. I think a true test of character is how someone treats their friends and Heidi has been the worst possible friend to Lauren, who she should be down on her knees thanking every day for rescuing her from obscurity. Spencer is obviously an evil influence and it’s sad that everyone seems to be falling for his schemes to make Heidi look good and trash Lauren at every turn. Now it even seems to be happening on this site which is scary.

Monica..I agree with your statements 100%. It seems to me that at every turn Heidi and Spencer trash Lauren. Aren’t they the ones who say she is obsessed with them? Sometimes the appropriate thing to do (Heidi&Spencer) is not to comment on her at all. It makes them look petty.

Unforth I prefer celebs who earnt their status and don’t flaunt themselves like those trendwhores do. I am bored of them. Reality TV is dying and rarely yields anyone worth remembering.

I’m not a big fan of the Hills, but for the specific reason that I can’t stand LC. I’ve never liked her even in her Laguna Beach days. I was Team Kristen and now I’ll say Team Heidi even though I don’t watch the show.

It’s pretty obvious that Spencer is totally obsessed with LC. I actually think he is in love with her. Remember in grade school how the little boys would pull the hair of the girls they had crushes on. It’s the same thing. It’s hard to find a interview where Spencer doesn’t mention LC, even when Heidi and him were talking about their wedding, he brought up LC.
I wonder if make Heidi dress in the LC collection when they get their freak on.
LC in the meantime is making bank (she’s on the Forbes Celeb 100 list) and ignoring these twits.
Rumor has it, Spencer still gets an allowance from mommy and daddy.
Heidi’s line is crap. Poor quality and simple designs are exactly what you would expect from a fashion school dropout.

Another thing is LC’s brand is pretty expensive… say around $150 for a sundress!! And Heidi’s stuff is very reasonably priced… not much over $50. That could be a huge factor!

I would buy every piece of Laurens collection if I could afford it.. but I cant. I have tried one of the dresses on and it was beautiful, but I cant spend $150 bucks on a dress that isnt for a special occassion. I wouldnt be caught dead in any of Heidis tacky clothing. The only reason Heidi’s line is selling well is because its CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP and sadly there are lots of parents buying that crap for their pre-teen girls.
FYI Heidiwood clothes arent selling AT ALL at the AnchorBlue here in UT.. they are on the 50% off rack.

I’m on Team Heidi and Team Lauren! You really don’t have to choose one or the other people! They both can have “reality” shows and get their picture taken, and it’s still interesting. I think Heidi is prettier and more real, and she takes risks, which I respect. I would never wear either of their clothes, because they are not modest (plus I am not a size zero…more like 16! :).
Comment to “obvious” - Of course Trent would be nicer to them after he met them. They are nice people, and it’s very hard to trash someone that you have a personal relationship with. You can tell if someone is trashing someone that they are heartless and don’t even know them. I like a celebrity blog with positivity…Yeah for Trent! :)

Don’t know if this is well known, and it’s taken me ages to catch up - but surely Spencer is the inspiration for Liz Lemon’s boyfriend, Dennis Duffy on 30 Rock - the same gormless grin and dead behind the glassy eyes stare, boxey Frankenstein’s monster hairdo, the same “aren’t I great at being shit” attitude…?
