LOL. You know, I love giving Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon a hard time for their semi-crazy love affair/quickie marriage but even I have to admit they’ve got a great sense of humor. Nick is a real jokster with his message t-shirt and Mimi is a real sport to be seen in public with her under-dressed, junior groom. Their marriage continues to defy expectation with every day that passes that they remain married … good for them! I prolly won’t Stop Hating (and, to be totally fair, I’m not really “hating” when I tease and pick on them … I’m just like to josh with them) but I do like that Nick and Mimi seem to have a great attitude about the attention they receive.

Nick Cannon has joined forces with a non-profit organization, 1600 Avenue, to promote his new “Stop Hating” campaign at this year’s Hip-Hop Leaders Conference. Cannon’s “Stop Hating” is a new program aimed at helping at-risk youth. “There are a lot of synergies between Stop Hating and Hip-Hop Leaders,” says Cannon. “We are working together because both organizations are committed to uplifting youth, and bringing the global hip-hop community together. We must put an end to hate.” (( summer 2007))

Maybe “pink” needs to educate himself a bit more where Nick Cannon is concerned.Furthermore, he needs to heed the slogan & really stop hating!

You call it crazy love affair & quick marriage. Do you personally know them & were you in on their relationship from the get go and have a r-e-a-l timeline line on their relationship? If you weren’t, then stop the nonsense. Celebrities don’t have to announce to you “celebrity wannabes” when they start their relationships. You really need to grow up and wise-up. The length of time does NOT ensure a successful relationship!!! Where are all your cute couples, golden couples, american sweethearts, etc…that were deemed right for each other and according to your timetable, had years of relationship before hooking up??? DUNZO! It is up to a couple as to where they want to take their relationship, NOT YOU BLOGGERS who make yourselves judge & jury and relationship experts to boot!

ashleigh-you are SOOO right…who could ever hate on pink is the new blog, it’s only the best website EVER and honestly…where would the world be without a little fun. Celebrities know they are in the spotlight, so I am sure they are well aware that people judge everything they do-and can poke a little bit of fun at it now and then…and trent-you are as hilarious and awesome as ever!!

matey needs to chill-ax. If you don’t care for a humorous take on relationships which are made so public for publicity purposes (hello, they had a billion pics taken at disneyworld!) then don’t go to sites like this which are only out to have a little fun.

tayler…. 3 yrs??? my parents knew eachother maybe a yr…maybe less….and they’ve been married and happy every since!!! knowing someone for however long/short doesnt mean the marriage will work or fail.

Kendra and Lin , couldnt agree with you more. People read PitNB because of the way trent makes comments about celebrity happenings (which i must say is very amusing). i know people dont have to know each other for a lifetime to have a successful marraige but what i can makeout of this post is that mariah (love her) is an attention whore and SHE not advertising her relationship a billion years in advance and just getting quickly married is a little fishy.
