Sure, her writing is a crazy wild read – BUT – if what she is saying is true (as Trent also said ‘why wouldn’t it be’) Ryan Adams is scum. Taking money out of a teenage girls trust account!? That money is for Frances!!! Nice of her to give him a chance to pay the money back before calling up her lawyers. (…and is he really into heroin? blech!)

I wish she wouldn’t do things like this. I would hope she would want to shield her daughter enough to take care of her problems by using lawyers or other means. I’d hate to judge the situation based on her post, but it seems to me that neither she nor anyone associated with her should have access to her daughter’s trust fund.
