Katie's got a new (old) look!

Here are a couple photos of Katie Holmes making her way out of a dance studio in LA, with little Suri Holmes-Cruise (in a matching top) cleaving to her bosom, where she has been taking dance classes in preparation for her upcoming stint on Broadway … take a look:
It looks like Katie got herself a new hairdo for her show as well. It is a definite nod to Speed Racer’s girlfriend Trixie if I’ve ever seen one. Katie’s new play All My Sons opens in September so she’s still got a couple months of rehearsals to get thru before her big debut. I just hope she keeps practicin’ … and keeps the new look, it kind works for her head shape :)

tgal ITA, but since the Cruise’s have more than enough money to pay for the dental work that her still using the bottle is causing, I’m sure they don’t care either way.

Its so sad to see a child over 2 years still sucking a BABY bottle. But maybe its a fashion statement, considering nearly every pic you see or her she has a stupid bottle shoved in her mouth, probably a substitute to actually having a parent or at least a normal parent!

Uh, I have been thinking that Suri needs to put down the darn bottle……….give the child a sippy cup at least!!!
Clearly Katie and Tom do not have enough strength as parents to put some simple boundaries on their 2 year old child. Really is sad……..but they are not the only ones.
I have a friend who was in the LA area not too long ago……..passed by Courtney Cox-Arquette and her daughter CoCo (on the beach) and heard the child call another child a m*ther f*cker……..and ol’ Courtney didn’t even scold her……..

Why the heck is she going to dance classes for All My Sons?? Did they make it a musical?! Because if they did, that’d be AWKWARD…

Oh, and I forgot to mention the DIAPER! I can’t believe at 2 years old she’s still in a diaper. She should be in a pull-up, or maybe some “big girl panties.”
I’ve read the scientologists allow their children to make their decisions for themselves, so that would explain the bottle, and since I’m sure Suri doesn’t feel like getting potty trained, explains the diaper too.

Selina – Yes the bottle should probably be gone, but the diaper? Come on. My oldest daughter didn’t potty train until she was almost 3. And that was with me trying and trying to get her to do it. Contrary to what some believe the child will only train when they finally do. And there is no point spending a heap of extra mony on pull-ups if the child isnt ready to potty train. They are way more expensive than regular diapers.
The child does need her bangs cut though.

dude…..they both look cute…who is anybody to be judging somebody else’s kid and parenting methods? what makes y’all such perfect parent just because her time line isn’t exactly fitting to yours?

Sorry, but when your in the public eye, you leave yourself open for scrutiny… so here’s me scrutinizing: At 2 years old, she should not be allowed to continue using a bottle, because of the emotional attachement she’s laying on it. She should be encouraged to use a sippy, so she’s not constantly tied to an item. I’m sure with her families schedule, poor little Suri probably has some seperation anxiety. Not to mention Katie can’t just stay home, like a normal parent, she’s always gotta be running around. Maybe if she would just stay home, and out of the public eye for a bit, she could be a real parent, and lay down some laws.

And people,I babysit five year olds who still ask their parents for bottles so don’t even get me started on that.
