Awwww. It looks like Club Paris in Orlando, FL (named after the illustrious Paris Hilton) is finally being put out of its misery. After 3 successful years in the nightclub biz, Fred Khalilian, the Chairman of Club Paris, LLC, has decided that Club Paris will be put down on July 29 … only to be replaced by Dolce nightclub:
Honestly, I had no idea the place was even still open. I remember hearing ages ago that the club was floundering so bad that the club owner was having a hard time getting Paris Hilton to even show up and make her promised public appearances. I’m sure Paris is fine with the club’s demise … after all, she’s settled down quite a bit and isn’t nearly the partygirl she used to be. I doubt the public will mind very much either. Um the club already is Dulce its been Dolce for like a year now. Havent had a chance to even go on that side of the street on downtown. No need too.

I agree. I miss the old Pink, tbh. Now people will yell at eachother and say “OOH FIRST!” all the time.
Seems kinda commercialised now. I am a fan of wordpress but I preferred reading the entries and not thinking “ooh I’ll read the comments”…
Glad to see someone altered the comments font colour :P

I can’t decide if i like the new site or not. I guess I’m not really into changes. But I’m sure I’ll be able to get used to it eventually. I think I actually agree with the others, I like it better when we could’nt post comments. I hate having to read all those hater comments lool. Anyway, congrats on the new site!

Congrats on the new layout~ It’s much cleaner looking.
That said, it’s not easy on the eyes in one major way (at least, for me personally):
the SHOCKING PINK & POWDER PINK DIAGONAL LINES which act as the wallpaper background of this blog, are incredibly DISTRACTING and DIZZYING — and it gets even worse when one starts scrolling.

Well, the new blog seems wonderfull, but i guess there’s a problem with opera users. I tried on firefox and it works there, but on opera the column is misplaced and tjere is no black background, so we can’t read pink on pink. Thought it would be usefull to tell it.

I think the club was actually closed on July 29th 2007 At least thats what Im getting when Im reading the website. Clubparis.net It was always stupid going there It was really old guys hitting on you and at 1am no matter when you went it just got to crowded to have any fun.

Thank God. I’ll admit, I went back when it first opened. The decor and location were really nice, but it was straight up stank girls dancing on bars. But the interior was hot pink and it was really big inside, but other than that…FAIL.

This is what happens when a celeb endorses a club that doesn’t keep up with celeb trends. She’s had the chance. I mean, she was even at an event that had Purple and she could have jumped on that one. If they had offered Purple Martinis and Purple Mojos and… well, they would still have closed, but their patrons would be a lot healthier.

I live in Orlando, and I hate to say it, but Club Paris has been closed for a looooong time…and so has Dolce. The Club Formerly Known As Club Paris And Then Dolce is now some country western bar. Sorry!
