Has The Beckham Bulge Been Enhanced?
Far be it for me to besmirch David Beckham’s good name and the good name of his bulge which he is currently promoting in the name of Armani Underwear but the question has been asked and I feel there is evidence to be inspected and scrutinized to judge for ourselves … was David Beckham’s package enhanced in those sexy new Armani Underwear ads? MSNBC by way of The Daily Mail suggests that a side-by-side comparison of Beckham’s bulge back in 2006 with his bulge today, in 2008, shows a marked difference in … well, bulgeness … which leads some to believe there was manipulation of some sort done to Becks’s bulge to make it seem more ample. Let’s take a look:
The latest Emporio Armani underwear ads show David Beckham in all his glory, but rumor has it the soccer star may have had some help filling out his tighty-whities. The “enhancement” buzz started shortly after a 100-foot tall image of David wearing the famous undies made its debut at Macy’s in San Francisco earlier this week, and some found David’s form too good to be true. That’s when sleuths at the Daily Mail uncovered a photo of Becks on the beach sporting a similar look. The surfside shot, taken in 2006, features the L.A. Galaxy player in a white bikini with one notable difference from the Armani pics — the fabric appears less, um, inflated. The paper offered a side-by-side comparison and speculated that the difference could be the result of digital manipulation, but a spokesperson for David denies the claim. “There wasn’t any enhancement to that said region,” the rep insisted.
Interesting … back in 2006, David Beckham famously donned a pair of white Speedos while chilling on Roberto Cavalli’s private yacht as he vacationed on the Italian Coast. While he looks pretty damn amazing in those little white shorts, his bulge is noticeably smaller than the one we see today. HMM. What could possibly be the cause? If only there was another photo of Becks’s bulge to compare these pics with …
… like the pic of Becks going for a swim in Spain last summer. In the pics published on the cover and in the pages of the Spanish magazine Cuore, Becks did have himself a noticeably larger bulge which more closely resembles the bulge in the Armani Underwear ads:
But, and I’m playing Devil’s Advocate here, if you consider that the Spanish photos last summer came out right around the time that news came out that Becks would be modeling Armani Underwear … well, maybe they were just making sure that everyone got a taste of the enhanced bulge that was soon to be released on billboards and in magazines all over the world. Again, I say HMMM. In the end, we have no idea if Becks’s bulge was manipulated or enhanced in any way (and of course the spokespeople are going to deny any manipulation of the size of his manhood) … the only way for us to be sure what he’s packin’ in those tiny shorts would be to see him without those tiny shorts. I think that would be best for everyone … Becks could uphold his honor and we could finally see what all the fuss is about. Yes, I really like that course of action. Let’s put all the rumor and conjecture to rest and see what Becks is hiding in there ;) Who’s with me?

Sometimes the underwear make the bulge bigger. So maybe it is just the cut of his undies that makes his “manhood” look a little grown( I like to think he is thinking of me and that is the reason for the size difference). Small, large, skinny, think I will take it!!!!

Yeah, too right. Bathing suits sometimes even hide the bulge a bit whereas men’s briefs can certainly enhance the bulge.

Please. We all know certain undies flatten the bulge while others emphasize: Hanes vs. 2(x)ist for examp. I say it’s the real deal (or at least I dream it is).

Of course they enhance it for ads, at least. I mean…blog posts exactly like this going ape over his package are going to make them use that as a marketing ploy.

I think it’s silly that all these bloggers want it to enhanced- really. Different suits, styles of underwear will show you off differently. Who knows if he’d been swimming in the first pic– which he looks hot btw — but you also have the sun blaring down on the white suit at a certain angle. And in the 2007 pic he’s in a different angle.

I don’t know about his package, but he sure has gone to the gym a time or two in the past couple of years!! Maybe all of his muscles have gotten a little more definition…if ya know what I mean!?

Sorry to burst everyone’s bubble. I used to work at Armani’s corporate office and there was a rather large controversy when the photo shoot was done last fall because Beck’s people insisted the bulge was enhanced and the company disagreed. Beckham’s people won the battle, hence the enhanced photos made it to the print campaign

If a model was wearing them on the runway they would definitely be wearing a cup… I thought it would be obvious David is as well. He’s selling the underwear not himself so they have to be filled out just right.

Completely tongue tied….I do not care one way or another if his junk has been enhanced in the picture…before and after he is still oh so yummy. I hate Posh…Cause I’m just so damn jealous of her. :0(

There’s not a print ad out there today that isn’t airbrushed and in enhanced before the public sees it. I would assume that Overexposed Beckham’s ads aren’t any different.

It’s advertising. I’m sure many companies have male models stuff their underwear, jeans, bathing suits, etc. for a photo shoot. I mean, doesn’t it make guys want to go out and buy that? So they can look like that? Seems pretty normal to me…

Unless you happen to own one you wouldnt understand how temperature, excitiment or lack there of, and a host of other external conditions can effect a mans member. I think anyone who is using the photos included on this site to try and judge Davids valitiy obviouly must be dealing with size issues themselves. The green eyed devil doesnt look very good on you BERT move on!

I really do not think that Beckham is all that anyway! He really does nothing for me, never has and never will. I also don’t see what he has to offer any women out there, not even when he wears that obvious cup.

I’m not so sure that it is all photographic trickery here. I do agree that it appears larger but I also think that it’s because of the fit of the underwear. My own husband looks “bigger” in certain underwear than others…especially the boxer-briefs. But I can say the ad picture looks believeable. The other picture towards the bottom of the page is NO DOUBT him very excited about something… I mean there is definition and everything…that’s not just a “bulge” it’s the WHOLE thing! … where’s Victoria?!
