It would seem that Amy Winehouse is feeling much better since being released from the hospital just a few days ago. Despite the fact that she is showing the symptoms that might lead to the development of emphysema and despite the fact that she had to be hospitalized for about a week after passing out on her doorstep, Amy Winehouse is back into the swing of her crazy life. Here are new pics of Amy checking out some magazines before picking up a few bottles of booze (to her credit, mini bottles of booze — Smirnoff vodka and two bottles of Jack Daniels whiskey) at a convenience store in London after visiting her husband Blake Civil-Fielder in jail (on charges that he attempted to pervert justice) earlier today:
Also to her credit, she looks pretty good … better than I’ve seen her in I don’t even know how long. I understand that Amy picked up her supplies on her way to Hyde Park for rehearsals ahead of Nelson Mandela‘s 90th birthday concert scheduled for tomorrow night. I’m sure the promoters were thrilled that she thought ahead to bring her own pocket-sized booze. HMMM … does anyone else think that Nelson Mandela deserves better?

she may LOOK better NOW but that’s cuz she’s freshly out of the hospital where she had no choice about it. it won’t take long – i am sure – to return to her skanky self.
I think she’s talented. Her music is really good and different from the hum-drum boring same old crap. I hope she gets better, cleans up her act and grows up.
ugh…just drop dead already…such a waste of skin.
she needs to take her health seriously and clean it up. if she doesn’t want to, she might as well start digging that grave now. only a matter of time before she is dead of overdose or rotted lungs or her skin might just rot off from drug use infections. blech
those mini bottles are going to be used to smoke crack with. I’m not even kidding. They’re often used by addicts as makeshift crack pipes.
